Refund policy
At MomBCray, every item is made-to-order just for you. Because our products are custom printed upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we will always make things right in the event of a problem.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives: damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@mombcray.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and arrange a replacement.
In eligible cases, we will remake and resend the item at no cost to you.
You do not need to return the damaged or incorrect product.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom made when ordered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for: incorrect size ordered, change of mind, preference-based reason or unwanted gifts.
All sales are final unless there is a production issue.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where:Â a replacement cannot be provided.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Your bank or card provider may take several days to process the refund.
